Party ova hea'

This is my room that I finished about a month ago. Jill and I went and picked everyting out for under $300. I love Wal-Mart and Target! Everything cordinates so well. It is so peaceful and I feel like I am at an oasis when I am in here. People tell me all the time how much they love to be in here.

I have been getting everything ready for my mission. I have filled out my paper work, been to the dentist and gotten my pyhsical. On Tuesday the 1st of March I will be put under for a surgery that will be taking place in my mouth. Oh no this means no yummy food for a while:) .
Oh well! I'll just have to suck it up. Oh waite that might hurt. I was told from a few select prople at work that by sucking out of a straw it could cause dry socket. I sure don't want that. Any way I'll be fine. I'm a survivor!!

I just got done reading a book from John Bytheway. It is called WHAT I WISH I'D KNOWN BEFORE MY MISSION. This book is amazing. I pulled out some words from it that stood out.

John Bytheway speaks on Blind Obedience Versus Faith Obedience:

"If you were to ask a member of the church back in 1835 why he didn't use tobacco, what would he say? 'Well, uh, it's because of an addictive chemical called nicotine that acts as a stimulant, increases the heart rate, and can lead to lung cancer, emphysema, and heart disease.' Did anyone know about those things back in 1835? No. In fact, even in the 1940s, a hundred years later, they still didn't know. They actually advertised that cigarette smoking 'aided digestion.' Today there is ample medical evidence to validate the Word of Wisdom, but in 1835 the Saints could only respond by saying, 'The Lord has asked us not to.' If you don't understand some of the mission rules, have the faith to obey even though you don't know why."

John also talked about the Eternal Laws about Obedience:

1. Obedience brings blessings.
2. Obedience strenthens faith.
3. Obedienc helps you radiate you message.
He also adds one more: Obedience brings freedom. "It's a curious concept, but it's true. Think about it. You know it's true from your own life. Those who study hard in high school have the freedom to chose from among many college which one they will attend. Those who choose to mess around instead of study will have to search for a college that will take them. those who have kept the Word of Wisdom are free to enjoy physical heath and peace of consicence, while those who 'broke' the rules, addicting themselves to drugs and alcohol, are now enjoying their 'freedom' behind bars or in rehab centers."

As I came past these words the Spirit was felt very strongly. Not that I didn't feel it through the whole book. I truly look forward to serving my Father in Heaven with every last breath in my body. I know I will fulfill his work and return with honor. I'm so grateful for his eternal love and the person I am today because of him. Also I want all my siblings to know how grateful I am for them and for their understanding and encouragement. Two people in particular I fell as if i need to express my thanks to is Drew and Jill. They have pulled me out of the grave and brought me back to life. They are incredible human beings that have the most understanding hearts. I have made a few mistakes that I truly regret, but they still opened their arms with a loving heart. They gave me a hope in life and a chance to be me. I'm very greatful for them and love them. Tune in later for more updates.

Trip to Mommy's doctor appointment

Jill has been so sick lately. I stayed home from work on Thursday after taking Wednesday off to help Jilly out. I sure do hope i was of help. I'll let you make the judgement. I woke up early that day to help Amy out with the car that she purchased by getting the emmisions and safety check. We took Jack with us so Jill could stay asleep. People thought Jack was my son. However the car never made it through emmisions because it couldn't even pass the safety check. The valves were letting in oil causing the engine to smoke. Amy was pretty upset about it, she called the original owner and sold it back to them. Following that Amy went to work and I stayed home. The rest of the children woke up and I attended them to give Jill her beauty sleep, more likely her sleep that she hasn't been getting because of her sickness. Once she did awake we jorneyed to the grocery store to get food. I really wanted to help out so I bought it all. From there we went to the doctor's office to see if we could get Jill better. It has almost been aweek later and there is little improvement. Jill is still sick. Below are pictures of the girls at the doctor's office.

The Girl's!!

It was Monday the 31st of Januray and we, (Jill, Me, Ally, Isabelle, Jack, Willy, Audrey, Melanie, Liam, and Spencer) were on our way to American Fork. The main reason for our treck down there was to get Audrey's hair done. Willy and Jill couldn't resist the hotness of Audrey's hair cut they too had to get theirs cut. After Audrey and Willy were beautified they continued on their way out to lunch. Once Jill was finished getting her hair done I took them out to Mcdonald's. Jill Originally was taking us out but i didn't let her spend her money. Below are some pictures of the girls in the car.
